About the Rilecart PB-799 Automatic Binding Machine

The Rilecart PB-799 is ideally suited for large volume calendar binding and can be used to bind two calendars simultaneously. Boasting an incredibly fast production speed, this machine is designed for the calendar specialist.

The calendars are simply put on the machine and collected at the end. The PB-799 machine punches the calendars in one stroke, then binds them and automatically inserts the hanger at the same time.

Advantages / Features

Uses Press Products’ Twin Wire^® spools.
Maximum Binding Size: 800 x 1000mm.
Minimum Binding Size: 120 x 100mm.
Possible to bind two calendars simultaneously of maximum size 350mm.
Possible to apply one semi-automatic hanger-feeder for 10-50cm hangers or two semi-automatic hanger-feeders for 10-20cm hangers.
Standard punching tool with 3,7 x 4mm holes
Standard binding diameters: 1/4” (on request 3/16” and 5/16”).
Standard pitch 3:1” (on request 4:1”).
Maximum speed when working two calendars: from 500 to 1200 pieces/hour depending on size, thickness and quality of materials.
Maximum speed when working two calendars: 2400 pieces/hour depending on size, thickness and quality of materials.
